I think about the realities and conveniences of a world constantly windswept, so I feel pretty lucky I can expand on it between the clothing of animal-kin, and the facilities they make to deal with it on a daily basis. Mind you, that's a balance between making sure there are ways they deal with it...
... but not prevent it.
